Nikol was, as of 3066, a Clan Jade Falcon ProtoMech pilot turned test subject for Etienne Balzac's secret ProtoMech development program.[1]

Nikol was one of the ProtoMech pilots dropped to Melissia in August 3064, where she was frustrated by the plan of battle: the deployment of ProtoMechs was delayed in comparison to Elementals, appearing to deny the ProtoMech pilots as much chance to fight. The performance of ProtoMechs at Melissia was deemed unsatisfactory, leading to the cancellation of the official Jade Falcon program and leaving Nikol dependent on drugs to treat the effects of ProtoMech integration.[1]
In 3065, Scientist Joach, pressured by Nikol's demands, inducted the pilot into Etienne's shadow ProtoMech program as a test subject. There, she helped test an upgraded Centaur.[1]
ProtoMechs[edit]
Leading up to the Melissia attack, Nikol piloted a Roc. After being brought into the shadow ProtoMech program, she tested an upgraded Centaur.[1]
