Phillip Abrams was the commanding officer of the Markesan Operational Area's Kestrel Combat Region as of 3050.[1]

History[edit]

Hauptmann-General Abrams commanded the Crucis March's Kestrel Combat Region in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Abrams retained command of the Kestrel PDZ and continued to act as commanding officer by 3054.[2]
