Ravi Talwar was a Knight-Errant of the Republic of the Sphere.[1]

On 7 August 3132, the day of the Blackout, Talwar arrived at the HPG compound on Procyon to look into how a message meant for his eyes only was redirected to a civilian. When unidentified attackers assaulted the compound, he quickly joined the defense alongside Adept Patricia Harwell.
During the defense, Talwar saw the intervention of battle armor in Com Guard colors, and concluded that the Com Guards had been reconstituted. Afterward, as Ravi discussed how his superiors would react, Harwell murdered him with an attacker's gun. As far as Harwell claimed to the resident Precentor, Ravi Talwar died in battle.[1]
