Lieutenant Sarah Hamner was a member of the Fire Lance, LaSalle's Company, Able Battalion, Delta Regiment of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3028.[1]

Hamner participated in the Battle of Misery in 3028, during which her 'Mech was destroyed. After Misery, as part of the Dragoons' reorganization to cope with their level of casualties, Hamner joined the Dragoons' Home Guard.[1]

Hamner was known to pilot a Warhammer BattleMech.[1]
