Tomi Ourho was the commanding officer of the 11th Ghost between 3059 and 3069.[1][2][3]
In 3069 he was leading the two battalions stationed on Valentina, while Chu-sa Teyhiku Wara was leading the remaing battalion stationed on Delacruz.[1][2]
The battalions he was leading were crushed by a Clan Snow Raven attack on Valentina in 3069, and he and the rest of his officerd were probably killed at that time.[1][2]
