Torin was involved with personnel decisions for Nellus Academy. He persuaded Shaun Fitzwilliam to join the Academy as an instructor.[2] He was also involved in the decision to send eight Nellus cadets along with General Gurald Eichner on an October 3067 trip to Concord,[3] a trip that would go awry when the Bloody Stoats attempted to hijack their DropShip.[4]
