History[edit]
Arabel was the younger sister of Tara Campbell. Totally eclipsed from her so famous big sister, however, unlike her, she remained on Northwind. At the dawn of the IlClan Era, when Tara was made bondsmen by Alaric Ward, and the remnants of the Northwind Highlanders returned to Northwind, Arabell stepped forward to fill her sister's large shoes. She succeeded her as Duchess of Northwind. Her first step as ruler was to search for allies to Northwind in the nearby system. She sent the newly formed First Kearny Highlanders leader, Cadha Jaffray to Tybalt in 3151, making an alliance with the Duke of Tybalt, greatly helping to consolidate Northwind's independence.[1]
