History[edit]
In 3067 the Seventy-ninth Strike Cluster was stationed on New Kent. They defended the world from a Trial of Possession by Clan Ice Hellion. They handed off their defensive duties to forces from Clan Coyote as part of the Diamond Shark's long-range goals.[1] In 3067 they were used as the garrison force for Strato Domingo.[2]

Tactics[edit]
The Cluster accepted zellbrigen against equal forces, exclude OmniMechs. The command use combined arms tactics to their advantage. First the fighter provide ground support, because the second wave consists the mech/elemental formations which attack next. This cycle is repeated until the enemy is broken. The warrior tend to run their machines hot.[3]
