Overview
The Two Hundred Thirty-ninth Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the LXV Corps, Nineteenth Army, to the Periphery Military Region.[1] They were one of the independent units that rotated through the Perdition Union of the Taurian Concordat, supporting Corps units or covering worlds that lacked any SLDF presence.[2]
The 239th was destroyed during the Periphery Uprising in 2765.[1]
Composition
As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 239th would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, tanks and hovercraft.[3]
