Allyn Omlid was the commanding officer of the Eighty-third Division of ComStar's Fourth Army as of 3062.[2]
History[edit]
Precentor XV Omlid, serving with the Eighty-third Division, was headquartered on Bryant in 3062.[2] When the Word of Blake Protectorate's formation forced the unit to relocate to Tall Trees, Omlid continued to command it as Precentor XX.[1]
