Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Az served in the Bravo Striker Star of the Trinary Striker detachment of the 279th Battle Cluster under Star Colonel Lara Ward.[1]

Az piloted a Phantom OmniMech.[1]

Az is a separate character from Az (3rd Battle). Both are members of Clan Wolf.
