Bel Rosse was the commanding officer of the Twelfth Nova Cat Regulars of Clan Nova Cat's Tau Galaxy in 3062.[1]

Star Colonel Bel, serving with the Twelfth Nova Cat Regulars, was stationed on Kittery in 3062.[1] By 3067, Bel had earned a Rosse Bloodname and was stationed on Mualang with the Twelfth Regulars.[2]
