In 3027 prior to the Dragoons' campaign on Udibi to capture supplies from the Federated Suns, Target was reputed to be a veteran of many battles, who was nicknamed for his phenomenal accuracy in his 'Mech. He was known to extensively drill his lance in gunnery so that they were equally proficient.[2]
He participated in the fighting on Udibi against McKinnon's Company, and after the Battle of Misery when his company became Gamma Regiment's Third Provisional Company, he went on to fight in the Battle of Crossing where he was seriously injured.[1]
BattleMech
Target was known to initially pilot a Locust BattleMech prior to the 3027 raid on Udibi. During that raid, and later, he however piloted a PXH-1K Phoenix Hawk.[1][2]
