Edmund Salindar - 25th Century House Liao nobleman, Duke of Sian and briefly Regent-Chancellor of Capellan Confederation.

Character Brief

Duke Salindar was Capellan noble near end of regine of Jasmine Liao. He was appointed by Regent to handle the day to day operation of the Confederation in place of Late Chancellor's son, Raxal.

During his rule, though his open-mindedness was considered to be enlightened. He had only made single action through his rule, where he ordered special finances to fund Earthwerks Incorporated to develop BattleMechs.

In 2482, Raxal had reached 19 years old, he passed the Chancellorship to him. However, he refused take over day-to-day operation and abicated the throne to his twin brother Hendrik instead.[1]
