Fortunes of War is a series of novellas that were announced by Catalyst Game Labs as unlockable stretch goals for the crowdfunding campaign for the BattleTech: Mercenaries boxset. Various pledge tiers are to receive the Fortunes of War stories free as part of their included digital rewards, though only Regiment tier backers will received all five, the lower pledge tiers having the option to purchase the remaining stories as add-ons.
