Pilot James "Dougie" Doogan was a member of the AeroSpace Lance, LaSalle's Company, Able Battalion, Delta Regiment of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3028.[1]

The AeroSpace Lance joined the Dragoons' Home Guard after the Battle of Misery.[1]

History[edit]

Doogan was, before 3025, one of the few non-Davion pilots to fly a Stuka. This fighter had been captured by the Draconis Combine and was given to the Dragoons while they were under contract to Kurita. Before the betrayal of the Dragoons by the Draconis Combine, Doogan's combat record was only fair,[2] but he ultimately destroyed more Kuritan fighters than Davion ones with his gift from the DCMS. While escorting Dragoon dependents fleeing to the Federated Suns, Doogan led a fanatical defense, shooting down numerous fighters from the pursuing Galedon Regulars.[3]

Vehicle[edit]

Doogan was known to pilot a Stuka heavy aerospace fighter,[1] which he called "Dark Death" and painted all black.[2][3][4]
