John Waco

Early Years

John Waco was the only known son of Wayne Waco, and a MechWarrior of his father's mercenary group, Waco's Rangers. He fight in a battle against Wolf's Dragoons on planet New Aragon in 3008, facing Dragoon's unit Zeta Battalion. his BattleMech was destroyed in the battle.

Death

John managed to eject from his 'Mech, but soon later, he died when a Dragoon Stalker inadvertently crushed him under her foot.

Legacy

John's death was investigated by ComStar, who clear the Dragoons of any wrong-doing. The Dragoon's history rarely shows cold-blood killing, so his death was, almost certainly, an accident. But his father refused to accept this fact: he and his officers declared a vengaence against the Dragoons. Wayne's hate toward the dragoons never ceased, and fight his personal war against the group at any occasion he had. At the end, Waco succeed to avenge his son, when in 3067, lead a mercenary force, probably under orders and pay by the Word of Blake to assault Dragoon homeplanet of Outreach, where he managed to fatally wound Jaime Wolf... but at a high cost: he was killed too, and the Rangers were annihilated in the battle.

John piloted a Wasp Battlemech by the time of his death.
