An uninhabited system located near Terra, Luyten 68-28 served as the home port of the ComGuard's First Fleet in 3062.
As part of Operation Odysseus, the WoBS Blake's Redemption and WoBS Deliverance raided this system and attacked the ships of the Second Fleet. They inflicted a lot of damage on the ComStar vessels, but were seriously damaged themselves.[1]

- CSV Holy Martyrdom - Lola III-class
- CSV Strength Through Adversity - Lola III-class
- CSV Vision of Truth - Potemkin-class
- CSV Fire Fang - Whirlwind-class - Former Clan Ghost Bear ship captured by Task Force Serpent
- CSV Alacrity - Vincent-class
- CSV Dover - Faslane-class YardShip
- CSV Portsmouth - Faslane-class
