Martin Masar was the commanding officer of the Warren Capellan March Militia as of 3050.[1]

Leftenant General Masar, serving with the Warren CMM, was stationed on Warren in 3050 and remained there by 3062.[1][2] A career soldier with little inclination for politics, Masar's forthright manner had earned him many enemies. Masar chose to treat these foes like he would a battlefield opponent: directly and without compromise. Numerous planetary rulers who sought to undermine Masar's position found their lands the site of unscheduled March Militia exercises as a result of this attitude.[2]
FedCom Civil War[edit]
Aligned with Archon Katherine Steiner-Davion during the FedCom Civil War, Masar was assigned with the taking of Panpour by Marshal of the Armies Jackson Davion in 3064.
