Stanley Fratte was the commanding officer of the Eighty-seventh Division of ComStar's Fourth Army as of 3067.[1]
History[edit]
Demi-Precentor IX Fratte, commanding the Eighty-seventh Division's Eloquent Words III-rho, was headquartered on St. Ives in 3062.[2] After Precentor Archie Pardeau was killed in the Black May attacks, Fratte was promoted to Precentor and commanded the Eighty-seventh Division by 3067.[1]
