Captain Tony Ziulkovski was an officer in Wolf's Dragoons, who served as the commander of Ziulkovski's Company of Charlie Battalion in Beta Regiment, as of 3028.[1]

Ziulkovski was the brother-in-law of Epsilon Regiment's Colonel Baxter Arbuthnot, but the two men were not close, due to a family quarrel in 3021. Ziulkovski's feelings did not however impact his performance while on duty, his company always cooperating fully with Epsilon Regiment where necessary, though with a distinct lack of enthusiasm from Ziulkovski.
The captain was an early target during the Battle of Misery in 3028, and though he attempted to eject from his damaged 'Mech, a Kurita laser hit his cockpit right as the canopy opened resulting in his death.[1]
