Overview
Following the all-but fruitless Terran Peace Summit in 3053, Precentor Martial Anastasius Focht and Primus Sharilar Mori recognized that more extensive measures were required to convince the Great Houses of the Secular ComStar's good intensions and desire to assist the Inner Sphere resist the Clan invaders.[1]
While the Precentor Martial focused on pulling back the veil of secrecy around the Com Guards, Primus Mori focused on sharing much of the knowledge the Blessed Order had jealously guarded during the Succession Wars era, opening up the historical sections of the ComStar Archives on Terra along with sharing the discoveries and star chats created by the Explorer Corps.
