Wecken Rosse was, as of 3052, a Star Captain and commander of the Fourth Nova Cat Guards Cluster's Battle Trinary.[1] By 3062, Rosse had been promoted to Star Colonel and overall command of the Fourth Nova Cat Guards, a post he still held in October 3067 when they were stationed on Tabayama and acting as part of the Second Star League Defense Force.[2][3]
