Major General Bedwyr Ross was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's LXVIII Corps as of 2764.[1]

A native of Terra, Ross grew up in Cardiff in the British Isles, as part of a longstanding MechWarrior family. Following in his family's footsteps, he attended the Sandhurst Royal Military College, where he became an SLDF MechWarrior.
At Sandhurst, Ross was in the same class as Daniel Jordan Grimm, with whom he became close friends. The two sought to serve in the same formations following graduation, and both rose to Corps command at a similar time, with Grimm taking charge of XLV Corps.[1][2]
BattleMech[edit]
Ross was known to have a piloted a nearly 200 year old but highly upgraded Mackie BattleMech, inherited from his family, which was painted in the colors of the ancient flag of Wales. Its green and white was completed with a coiled red dragon twisting around the 'Mech's torso.[1]
