Captain Dagomar White was a Conventional Aircraft Pilot who worked with the Federated Suns Ministry of Information, Intelligence, and Operations as of 3039.[1]

White commanded two Planetlifter air transports, assigned to MIIO special forces who were assisting Lindon's Battalion, during the March 3039 attack on the Draconis Combine world of Bergman's Planet. White flew during this action as if he had something to prove, going through enemy fire, and recovering one special forces team fully intact despite being hit by anti-aircraft missiles that destroyed over half his aircraft's control surfaces.
Though not an MIIO member, While received a small pension from the organization when he retired in 3040.[1]

White was known to pilot a Davion SuperPelican variant of the Planetlifter air transport, nicknamed "Stuart the Mad".[1]
