History
The commander worked as a freelancer and formed in 3059 this unit through intensive contacts with in the merc community. The unit is known for deep raids and rescue mission in enemy territory. The best example for their skills are the rescue of Dr. R. Raisley from Acamar in 3065. The WoB was interested to catch this scientist and uses his work for their on purpose. At the moment they provide security and work as bodyguard for the doctor.
Destroyed by Word of Blake forces through orbital bombardement on Bethel on or shortly before 25 November 3070, shortly after their commanding officer, Colonel Medron Pryde, had been killed in 'Mech-to-'Mech combat. The Irregulars had previously defeated a Word of Blake attack on Achernar, saving Dr. Rick Raisley whom the Word of Blake tried to capture. Dr. Raisley was presumed missing, not dead, after the attack that destroyed the DropShip Irregulars.
Officer
Colonel Medron Pryde is a charismatic leader and skilled soldier.
Tactic
The use of unorthodox tactics works best for them. Ambushes and traps are common tactics. In same cases it was report that claymore mines were layed under the latrine of the enemy.

The unit has enough skilled personal to maintains their machines and have sufficient transport assets on their side

- Each Battalion contains, 2 Mech Companies + 1 Mixed Companie of infantry/armor/aerospace - They also uses same scout battle armor for covert operation.
