Initially did not accept the changes, but then Star Colonel Silas Kufahl worked to unite the Galaxy.
Recently raided Huntress for ProtoMech samples, and attempted to win land on Atreus.

Tactics
Use terrain and weather to maneuver around the enemy to prod their flanks and assess their strength before launching a final assault when they assess the time is right.
