Griffon Meshune (born 3??? - died 01 January 3068)[1] was an officer in the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery. He served with the prestigious Otomo BattleMech regiment, rising to command of that military unit.
Character History
As of 3058, Meshune held the rank of Chu-sa and commanded the Otomo's second battalion. He was noted as a supporter of Theodore Kurita's reforms of bushido.[2]
Following the attempted assassination of Coordinator Kurita, Meshune was promoted to Tai-sa and given command of the Otomo.[3]
Meshune was killed during the joint Second Sword of Light (Kokuryu-kai)/Sathen's Snipers assault of the Imperial Palace's Sanethia Kurita Parade Grounds on Luthien.[1]
