History
Folkner fought in the Battle of Coventry against the Coventry Expeditionary Force (CEF) as part of the 305th Assault Cluster. On 9 May 3058, Folkner helped to assault the town of Lietnerton on Coventry, which was defended by elements of the Eridani Light Horse.[1]
Her Trinary Echo was ordered into this engagement to provide close air support by Star Colonel Arimas Malthus, to replace artillery support lost to counter-battery fire. In the first strafing run Folkner destroyed the Guillotine of Light Horse trooper E.M. Catanese. However Light Horse commander Colonel Sandra Barclay responded by committing her own aerospace fighter support, resulting a hard-fought, high casualty but inconclusive five hour battle.[2]
