Kyle Powers (b. 3??? - d. 3133) was a Knight-Errant MechWarrior for The Republic of the Sphere.

Notable Actions

Knight-Errant Kyle Powers was sent to Achernar from Ronel in order to help repulse the invasion from the Steel Wolves. Knight-Errant Janella Lakewood, was sent to take his place on Ronel freeing Powers for reassignment. Powers' arrival on Achernar helped cement an alliance between the Republic and the Swordsworn against the invading Steel Wolves.[1] With his arrival, the morale of the militia forces on the planet raised and gave them a new fighting spirit to protect their homes from the Wolves.

The alliance would prove to be short lived. With the Swordsworn acting on their own accord, they attacked a salvage team of the Steel Wolves which Star Colonel Torrent found as a dishonorable attack. He demanded retribution and was given the chance of a Trial of Grievance by Powers himself.

Death

Powers was killed by Torrent during a Trial of Grievance by deliberate shots to the cockpit.[2]

BattleMech

Kyle Powers piloted a Jupiter BattleMech he named, "Jove". This machine is described as having a paint scheme of "bands of tans, yellows and faded reds with one great red spot swirling in a storm over the Jupiter’s left chest.".[3]
