Lisa Steiner II was one of the three children of General of the Armies Nondi Steiner and her businessman husband Jack Miliby.
History
By 3050, Lisa would rise to command the Department of the Quartermaster.
By 3067 Steiner had stepped down from her post with the Quartermaster corps, by this time she also held the title of Duchess of Gallery.[2][5]
