The 567th Striker Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History[edit]
In 2764, The 567th was attached to the 222nd Mechanized Infantry Division, assigned as part of LII Corps, Second Army to District 1 of the Federated Suns Military Region. Following the New Vandenberg Uprising, the 567th was deployed to District 2 of the FSMR in 2765, along with the rest of the 222nd, to backfill for units deployed into the Periphery.[2]
The 222nd took heavy losses during the Hegemony Campaign and by 2784 the division had been disbanded. However, the 567th survived the war and rather than follow Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus, instead remained in the Inner Sphere having joined the Lyran Commonwealth.[2]
Joining the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces in 2782, the 567th became the Third Lyran Regulars.[1]

Tactics[edit]
SLDF Striker regiments were used for reconnaissance and breakthrough exploitation.[3]
Composition History[edit]
As an SLDF Striker regiment, the 567th would have been composed primarily of light to medium BattleMechs and had at least one company of Land-Air BattleMechs for recon. Also attached were pairs of aerospace fighters.[3]
