Overview[edit]
The Ninth Jump Infantry Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History[edit]
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XLIX Corps, Eleventh Army, to District 1 of the Lyran Commonwealth Military Region, and then transferred to District 2 by 2765 as part of the redeployment effort to fight the Periphery Uprising.[1] The 9th was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[1]

As an SLDF Jump Infantry division the 9th would have been formed from two brigades of Jump Troops, one brigade of 'Mech regiments and two Ground Aero Wings.[2]
