Point Commander Bocarl was a Clan Jade Falcon Elemental during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Bocarl served in Trinary Charlie of the 4th Falcon Velites Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Vau Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Angeline Mattlov.[1]
Bocarl was killed during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
