Cadence Klien was the commanding officer of the Ninetieth Striker Irregulars of Clan Ice Hellion as of 3050.[1]

Star Colonel Cadence Klien commanded the Ninetieth Striker Irregulars during the Hellion's Fury attacks following the commencement of Operation REVIVAL.[1] Klien's assigned target was Clan Cloud Cobra's OmniFighter factory on Homer, although the Trial of Possession was declared for the factory's output rather than the territory itself. The battle against the defending 254th Cobra Guards initially went poorly for the Hellions but when a Hellion warrior killed ristar Star Captain Khalid Kardaan (of the 254th Guards' lead aerospace trinary) the Cobra's tactics became careless. This would win Klien's troops the Trial and sixth months of OmniFighter production from the factory, although the Cobra's Josnian Cloister was furious about the loss of the Trial and their Star Captain.[2]
