Dee Waugh was the commanding officer of the Sixth Donegal Guards Infantry Brigade as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Waugh, serving with the Sixth Donegal Guards, was stationed on Kikuyu in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and Jade Falcon Incursion, Waugh remained with the Sixth Donegal and was stationed on Melissia by 3067.[2]
