Star Colonel Douglas was the commander of Clan Jade Falcon's Fifth Falcon Talon Cluster from at least 3145 to 3151.[1][2]

Douglas, with the Fifth Falcon Talon Cluster, was based on Melissia as of 3145.[1]
Douglas remained in command of this Cluster during the Battle of Terra in 3151, participating in Clan Jade Falcon's Africa campaign. Landing on day T+36 of the Battle, as the rest of Iota Galaxy made planetfall in the Sinai Peninsula where they were opposed by Knight Raul Ortega and the Alexandria Defense Force, Douglas and the Fifth Falcon Talon were however able to out-maneuver their Republic of the Sphere opponents. Touching down on the opposite side of Alexandria, Douglas and his unit were able to quickly take the city, as it was only lightly defended by Republic of the Sphere armor.
The Fifth Falcon Talon also participated in the subsequent pursuit of the retreating Sir Ortega, finally catching up with him in the Sudanese city of Juba on day T+45, where Ortega challenged Star Colonel Douglas to a duel. While Ortega and his Jupiter proved a better shot than Douglas, the Knight's shortage of ammunition quickly left him outgunned, resulting in Douglas claiming victory in a battle of attrition.[2]
