Endre Douglass was the commanding officer of the Kelenfold Arc-Royal Theater Militia as of 3050.[2]

Leftenant General Douglass,serving with the Kelenfold Tamar Theater Militia, was stationed on Kelenfold in 3050.[2] By 3062, now-Colonel Douglass continued to lead the renamed Kelenfold Pandora Theater Militia from Kelenfold. The second son of the Duke of Upano, Douglass was a well-known socialite and near-permanent part of Kelenfold's social circuit. Apparently a model social general, Douglass normally left command of the Kelenfold Militia to his aide, Hauptmann-Kommandant Emilie Durocher. Truthfully, Douglass possessed a sharp intellect and a mastery in manipulation, exploiting the elite of Kelenfold for the betterment of himself and his allies while simultaneously undermining his enemies.[1]
After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and the Jade Falcon Incursion, Douglass continued to command the once-again renamed Kelenfold Arc-Royal Theater Militia on Kelenfold by 3067.[3]
