Star Colonel Jacinta Cooper was the commander of Clan Hell's Horses's Seventy-seventh Mechanized Cavalry Cluster, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Cooper Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3152.[1][2]

Cooper, with the Seventy-seventh Mechanized Cavalry Cluster, was based on Trell I as of 3145.[1] During Operation STAMPEDE in 3152, Cooper requested Galaxy Commander Loren Icaza to allow her to raid the Alyina Mercantile League world of Butler, but was rejected on the basis the AML was not worth the attention of true Clan warriors. Icaza instead dispatched a small solahma aerospace fighter unit from Trell I to capture to Butler Shipyards, though they were completely defeated by the defending Light of Heaven Mercenary unit.[2]
