Star Colonel Jokew Devalis was a MechWarrior and officer who served with the Nova Cat Lancers from at least 3052 to 3067.[1][2][3][4]

Jokew Devalis was, as of 3052, a Star Captain and commander of one of the Nova Cat Lancers' Battle Trinaries.[1] In October 3067, Jokew had been promoted to Star Colonel and overall command of the Lancers, at which time they were stationed on Tukayyid and acting as part of the Second Star League Defense Force.[4]
In December 3067, following the dissolution of the Second Star League, Jokew argued in the Nova Cat Clan Council that the Clan had been mistaken to abandon the Grand Council to support the Inner Sphere, in agreement with fellow officers such as Star Colonel Cassin Drummond.[2][3]
