Pierre Mondou was the commanding officer of the Third Free Worlds Legionnaires prior to the Jihad.[2]

Colonel Mondou, commanding the First Oriente Hussars, was stationed on Trellisane in 3025.[3] By 3050, now-General Mondou was commander of the Third Free Worlds Legionnaires and was stationed on Leyda.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Mondou retained command of the Third Legionnaires and had battalions stationed on Leyda and Umka by 3054.[4] Mondou was still the commander of the Third Legionnaires during the attempted secession of Zion in 3057 and continued to lead the unit as of 3067, although the misuse of his unit in 3057 caused a permanent rift between him and League Central Coordination and Command.[2][5]
