Romulo Armstrong was the commanding officer of the Taygeta Operational Area of the Capellan March as of 3085.[1]

Major General Armstrong, commanding the Sirdar Capellan March Militia, was stationed on Sirdar in 3067.[2] After the Jihad, now-Field Marshal Armstrong commanded the Taygeta Operational Area by 3085.[1]
