Star Colonel Sharrete's career was defined by the grudge she held against OmniMechs. Graduating from her sibko soon after the invention of the new machines, Urmila quickly became a voice of disdain for all OmniMechs. She made a name for herself by defeating a Lupus with her Lynx C and became commander of the Fifth Jaguar Dragoons while winning numerous Trials of Grievance regarding her views. Ultimately, Urmila's dismissive treatment of OmniMechs proved to be her downfall when she was killed trying to defeat a Summoner.[1]

Urmila Sharrete spent her career piloting a Lynx C BattleMech, as she strongly believed it outmatched any OmniMechs she faced in battle.[1]
