Primarily a defensive formation the Cluster was part of the Circe garrison between 3061 and 3067.[1][2]
In September 3057, Clan Jade Falcon bid the 1st Falcon Dragoons against the 15th Raven Garrison to take a Snow Raven genetic repository on Circe; the outcome is unknown.[3]
