History
The Cluster was considered Dezgra in 3060 and its subordinate officers were fighting their own personal vendetta within the unit.[1] Around 3065 Psi Galaxy was disbanded, possibly due to losses incurred in fighting Clan Snow Raven, the Cluster does not appear on the Steel Viper roster after this date and was presumably destroyed. [2]

As of 3061 the Commanding Officer was Star Colonel Sebastian.[1]
Tactics
Because they normally operate at Trinary-level and below, the warriors of the clusters find it difficult to fight larger engagement or to follow complicated battle maneuvers. [1]
