27th Division (Word of Blake)

Unit Description

The 27th Division was a "hidden" Word of Blake Militia unit that first appeared in the early portions of the Jihad. The unit noted for operating in the Capellan Confederation and Free Worlds League.

History

Invasion of Wei

The unit first appeared in December of 3069 in its noted assault against the Capellan world of Wei. The Division received stiff guerilla-style resistance, from local population. Most noted chapter of the conflict there was when a UrbStryc-A nerve agent released during on of the Division's raids. It was never made clear whom set off the device, only that millions of Weians were killed as result.

During the invasion of Wei, elements of the unit attempted invade Gan Singh. However, the both Level IIs involved in attempt were destroyed by Warrior House Dai Da Chi's aerospace fighters.

Marik Commonwealth occupation

The Word of Blake Militia command transferred the Faithful to Marik Commonwealth's world of Keystone. It became part of the occupational force to assist to control the Free World League nation.

Game Rules

The 27th Division are experts in hazardous environments. So when the unit is used in scenario with tained or toxic atmosphere, all their units consistered to have environmental seal modification. Also, the when a unit receives damage from a Hazardous Liquid Pools, they old take half damaged rounded down to zero.
