Became the instigator of the Gibson crisis in 3054 when the then Commanding Officer, Nathan Roush used elements of the unit in an attempt to discredit Captain-General Thomas Marik. He provided insurgents on Gibson with a nuclear weapon from Regulan stocks and covertly transferred the Second Hussar's second Battalion to Gibson.[1]
