The 315th Battle Cluster was a front line combat unit of Clan Smoke Jaguar.

The 315th Battle Cluster successfully bid for and fought on the following worlds during the invasion of the Inner Sphere.
Wave Five[edit]
Luthien
On the second day of the battle in January 3052, the 315th Battle Cluster was engaged in the Kado-guchi Valley here it was targeted by the First Genyosha and the Kell Hounds, who inflicted enough damage on the Jaguar unit to force a hole in the Clan lines. - The 315th Battle was destroyed on Luthien and not reconstituted.
- The 315th had to have belonged to either Alpha, Beta or Delta Galaxies. They were recorded fighting alongside the Twenty-second Jaguar Regulars thought to have been attached to Beta Galaxy.
- There appears to be some confusion regarding the 315th Battle Cluster mentioned in Invading Clans and the 315th Jaguar Battle Galaxy from the Luthien scenario pack.
- Leslie, the commander of the 315th Battle, is listed as a Galaxy Commander in the Luthien scenario pack. However, Star Colonels usually command Clusters. This is tied to the confusion regarding references to the Cluster being a Galaxy.
