Overview
The Three Hundred Seventy-sixth BattleMech Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2754, a brigade task force from the 376th assaulted a Castle Brian-style fortress on an uncharted world. After six weeks of battle, the fortress defenders detonated nuclear suicide charges which destroyed the fortress. No evidence of who built of defended the fortress was found at the time.[1]
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XLVII Corps, Twentieth Army, to the Periphery Military Region.[2]The 376th was destroyed during the Periphery Uprising in 2765.[2]
Composition
As an SLDF BattleMech division the 376th would have been formed from two Brigades of BattleMech regiments and a brigade of Mechanized Infantry regiments.[3]
