Overview
The 564th Hussar Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2729, the unit was assigned to the 160th BattleMech Division, as a part of the VIII Corps, Fourteenth Army, to District 1 of the Draconis Combine Military Region. It took part in Operation Smother against Combine forces on Royal. All its commanding officers were killed in a DropShip collision.[1]

Composition
As an SLDF Hussar regiment the 564th would have been composed primarily of medium to heavy 'Mechs, tanks and hovercraft.[2]
